Robert Lane Saget was an American actor, stand-up comedian, and television host. He was known for his role as Danny Tanner on the ABC sitcom Full House and its Netflix sequel Fuller House, and for his role as the voice of narrator Ted Mosby on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. He also hosted America's Funniest Home Videos from its creation in 1989 until 1997.
Saget was also known for his adult-oriented stand-up comedy, and his 2014 album That's What I'm Talkin' About was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album.
